At Humsienk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy with your LiFePO4 battery purchased in Thailand, we have a clear and fair return and refund policy that complies with Thailand's consumer protection guidelines.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Humsienk purchase in Thailand. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
What can be returned?
You can return most new, unopened items sold by Humsienk through our Thai website (th.humsienk.com) within 30 days of the delivery date based on the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
- You must have a valid Thai purchase invoice (ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี) as proof of purchase.

Safety Note: Due to the hazardous nature of LiFePO4 batteries, returns will only be accepted if the battery shows no signs of use or installation attempts.
Who pays for return shipping?
We'll cover the return shipping costs if:
- The item arrived defective and can't be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped the wrong item or to the wrong address in Thailand.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- The item malfunctioned within the 30-day return period (assuming proper installation and use according to the manual).
Important:

To receive a refund for defective or damaged items, you must provide clear photos or videos showing: 1) the unopened packaging, 2) the product serial number, and 3) the specific defect.

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery for faster resolution.

For minor issues, we may offer replacement parts or local repair service in Thailand before processing a return.
Refunds:
Once we receive your approved return, we'll inspect the item and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply.
Customer-paid return shipping:
You'll be responsible for return shipping costs in cases of buyer's remorse or other non-Humsienk errors. We'll provide a pre-paid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.Non-compliance with Thai electrical standards during installation
We can provide a prepaid return label through Thai logistics partners (e.g., Kerry Express), and the cost will be deducted from your refund. The original outbound shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
Orders with special shipping:
Orders with special shipping offers may have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Refunds for Thailand Orders:
Once we receive and inspect your approved return at our Thailand service center, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Refund methods include:

Bank Transfer: For PromptPay or Thai bank transfers, additional 2-3 business days may apply

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund via bank transfer only; requires bank account verification
After 30 Days:
For items outside the 30-day return window, please refer to our Thailand Warranty Policy for repairs if applicable.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Humsienk customer service via email (service@humsienk.com) for a return address.
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the provided return address.
Order Cancellation:
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@humsienk.com.
- If the order has already shipped, we'll process a refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Special Notes for Thailand:

Thai Consumer Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 regarding defective goods.

Tax Invoice Requirements: All returns require a valid Thai tax invoice for processing.
