Humsienk Shipping Policy

At Humsienk, we are committed to providing our Thai customers with a smooth, efficient, and safe shipping experience. Because LiFePO4 batteries are classified as hazardous materials under Thai and international shipping regulations, we adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products within Thailand

1. Shipping Methods and Time

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs across Thailand, from single battery orders to bulk purchases. All shipments are processed through reliable Thai logistics partners, including Kerry Express, Flash Express, and J&T Thailand

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days(Orders placed after 2:00 PM ICT may be processed on the next business day)
    • Shipping time within Thailand: 

    • Bangkok Metropolitan Area: 1-2 business days

    • Central & Eastern Regions: 2-3 business days

    • Northern, Northeastern & Southern Regions: 3-5 business days

    • Remote Islands/Areas: 5-7 business days (additional charges may apply)

    Delays may occur due to Thai public holidays (เช่น วันสงกรานต์, วันลอยกระทง), severe weather, or carrier logistics. We will proactively notify you via email or SMS if significant delays are anticipated.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs for LiFePO4 batteries are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of the order. The cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free standard shipping is provided for all orders  to all provinces in mainland Thailand. For remote islands or specific areas, additional surcharges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include 7% Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

3. Shipping Restrictions

Due to Thai and international regulations on shipping lithium batteries, please note:

Thai Customs & Regulatory Compliance: LiFePO4 batteries must comply with Thailand's Department of Land Transport and Civil Aviation Authority regulations. We ensure all shipments meet these requirements with proper documentation.

Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship LiFePO4 batteries within Thailand

Provincial Restrictions: Certain remote provinces or islands may have specific delivery limitations. We will notify you during checkout if restrictions apply to your address.

Quantity Limits: For safety reasons, individual orders may be subject to quantity limits per shipment.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Thai public holidays) upon receipt of payment.
  • Orders placed after 2:00PM ICT (Indochina Time) may not be processed until the next business day.
  • If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • All LiFePO4 batteries are carefully packaged in compliance with:

    • Thailand's Dangerous Goods Regulations

    • International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines for lithium batteries

    • Local carrier safety requirements

    We use specialized packaging materials designed to prevent short-circuiting and ensure safe transit within Thailand. Each package includes proper Thai-language labeling and documentation.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
  • You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
  • If there are any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • You can track your order in real-time on the carrier's website or mobile app. For tracking issues, contact our Thai customer support.

7. Delivery Issues

 

  • Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you are unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.

  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. After failed attempts, packages may be held at a local pickup point.

  • Damaged Packages: You must inspect the package upon delivery. 

    If damaged, please:

      1. Refuse acceptance or note damage on the delivery receipt

      2. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

      3. Contact us within 24 hours with evidence

      4. Do not dispose of the packaging until advised

     

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of LiFePO4 batteries and the regulations around hazardous materials, returns and exchanges are limited. We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been opened or tampered with.
  • If you are returning a product, please contact our customer support team for return instructions and a return authorization number.

9. Important Safety Notice for Thai Customers

Installation Compliance: Ensure installation complies with Thailand's electrical safety standards.

Storage: Store batteries in cool, dry places away from direct sunlight, especially during Thailand's hot season.

Disposal: Do not dispose of batteries with regular trash. Contact local authorities for proper disposal methods in Thailand.
